Made To Order
The Gitman custom program allows you to choose from dozens of beautiful fabrics from the world's finest mills and create a product that is uniquely your own. Choose our Customized program for a fully custom shirt, or our Standard program for more basic options.
The newly updated Gitman Made To Order program offers a range of customization based on your needs. From completely customizable shirts to simpler, made-to-measure styles, we're thrilled to offer you the best in bespoke American craftsmanship. Simply selecr your options and we'll take care of the rest.
Our classic, full spectrum MTO program is now called Customized, and offers the same personalized details that you're used to. It's the next best thing to a tailor, and we're proud to retain customer manufacturing at the core of our business.
By contrast, our newly added Standard program offers a lower price point in exchange for fewer custom options. A myriad of luxurious fabrics, three distinct fit styles, and select collar and cuff choices ensure shirts look sharp and fit perfectly, just without some of the bells and whistles.
Completely unchanged is our MTO Neckwear program. There you will find timeless, sartorial fabrics, all offered in a range of lengths and widths. Each tie is completely hand-cut and stitched at our specialized neckwear facility in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina.
Every cut and stitch we make in the fabric is carefully considered. Patterns on pockets, cuffs, and other details are perfectly aligned to ensure a seamless look.
How does the Made to Order program work?
Our Made to Order program allows you to choose from a selection of fine fabrics and customize our shirts and neckties with a range of style and fit options. We'll manufacture your shirt just as you'd like once your order is palced.
How long will it take to receive my item?
Most made to order products are shipped within 4-6 weeks of placing your order. The current timeframe will always be indicated at the review stage when creating your item. Please note we have two annual mandatory factory shutdowns that will affect the shipping times.
How do I know what size to choose?
If it is your first time ordering, please contact us and we can help you figure out the most suitable size with our Style & Fit guide.
What is the return policy for these items?
We want you to be happy with the item you chose, so if your first Made to Order item doesn't work out, please contact us and we will work on finding a solution.
